Very powerful. The expression is enhanced by the choice of colors.

Very brave Jb and as usual fantastic. What is really doing it for me is that red horizon. A coastline of past misery and betrayal. Or is it the crest of a tsunami wave of anguish?

I think of all the sadness, trauma a pain in the person's life which brought them to this point being expressed in that red scar. Whom is it represented by that gash? Murder by suicide?

Jb – Yes, it’s a good thing art isn’t always pretty because then the expression would be dishonest.

The red line on the horizon is so powerful.

I can understand why one would shy away, the subject matter is a tough one, but an honest event that happens from time to time.
Thanks again
